This project explores the construction of experimental body forms to expand the possibilities of digital fashion design. Through 3D sculpting, modelling, and reconstruction, a series of "Digital Fashioned Body" prototypes were developed to investigate how altered body structures can influence garment design and spatial form.
Digital models were translated into physical prototypes via 3D printing and laser cutting. Materials tested include PLA for display and TPU for draping.
The physical manifestations of these prototypes are documented in the Exhibition section.
Project I
This project explores the construction of experimental body forms to expand the possibilities of digital fashion design.
The large-scale installation is made of cardboard and clay using a model-slicing technique.
The physical manifestations of these prototypes are documented in the Exhibition section.
